Job Opportunity: Polish Customer Support Advisor in Athens, Greece (Work from Home)
Are you a Polish speaker with excellent customer service skills? We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Athens, Greece. While the training is on-site for three weeks, this role allows for remote work from home, offering flexibility while supporting a notable industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound emails, live chats, video calls, and social media.
- Provide information and support on products, and handle any issues that arise.
- Engage in sales activities alongside support tasks.
- Adapt to handling potentially sensitive products in a market with various legal considerations using multiple CRMs and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Polish (C2 level) and English (B1 level).
- Ability to work flexible hours from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 to 23:00.
- Open to supporting tobacco-related products.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of €1,050.
- Monthly performance bonus of up to €100.
- 13th and 14th-month salary payments as an additional bonus.
