Job Overview: Join our dynamic customer support team, providing exceptional service and support to our Norwegian-speaking customers across a range of products and services. This role offers a blend of remote and onsite work, giving you flexibility and the chance to engage with customers and colleagues in diverse ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support through active listening and effective communication.
- Handle inbound calls, chats, social media posts, and emails related to various customer inquiries, including billing, technical issues, and product information.
- Utilize multiple CRM tools and systems to accurately source and input customer data during interactions.
- Troubleshoot issues remotely and provide solutions or arrange service appointments when needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.
- Multitask efficiently across different platforms and tasks to meet customer needs.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through cross-training and skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian.
- Good communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
- Advanced PC knowledge and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to capture relevant customer data.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from €1,029 to €1,300.
