Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist (Polish Speaker) in Athens, Greece
Do you have a knack for technology and a passion for customer service? We are seeking a Polish-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. This is an on-site role offering an exciting blend of customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support to Android users via inbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with account settings, downloading and installing apps and content, refund requests, payment account setup, and troubleshooting related issues.
- Allocate 60% of your time to customer service duties and 40% to technical support.
Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with Windows and OSX file systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot common PC, MAC, and Mobile issues.
- Advanced knowledge of MAC, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Competence in following technical troubleshooting steps and navigating iOS and Android interfaces.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from €1,045 to €1,100.
- Performance bonus ranging from €200 to €300.
- Relocation package includes a flight ticket and hotel stay.
- Additional salary payments (13th and 14th month pay).
