Job Overview: Join our innovative technical support team, assisting customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting across a variety of platforms and applications. This position offers a mix of remote and onsite work, providing flexible opportunities to engage in dynamic problem-solving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier 2 technical support for a range of applications and services through chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to Google platforms, including Play Store, YouTube settings, and other Google applications.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, handling up to 20-25 cases per day.
  • Utilize multiple support tools and internet applications to perform troubleshooting and provide effective solutions.
  • Support business customers, including content creators and monetized partners, with account settings and content queries.
  • Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of internet applications, browsers, MS Office, and Google Ads.
  • Multitask effectively, managing multiple channels and interactions seamlessly.

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian.
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Advanced ability to use internet applications, browsers, and MS Office.
  • Solid PC knowledge and technical skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
  • Multitasking proficiency and strong problem-solving skills.
